The D.S.I has been created by CONCORD Loyalist DutchGunner. The D.S.I. can be considered to be a CONCORD Loyalist capsuleer run corperation.

The mission statement of the D.S.I. is to provide assistance and aid in situations of Interstellar Crisis within the Empires High Security Space. All of this is done while living up to the rules and regulations of CONCORD.

The support includes but is not limited to:

* Sansha Incursions
* Major events within the Empires
* Humanitarian aid after a natural or humanly created dissaster

The DSI is no longer recruiting and it is in the process of being closed.
